Notice is hereby given of the 73rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Rush Golf Club to be held in the Clubhouse at 8 p.m. on Tuesday 8th December 2015.
Nominations for Officers, Trustee and Committee accompanied by declaration of the nominees’ consent must be made in writing and must reach the Hon. Secretary not later than 28th November 2015
Notices of Motion, which must contain the proposed change to the wording of the Club’s Constitution, must be received in writing with the names of the Proposer and Seconder must be in the hands of the Hon. Secretary not later than 28th November 2015.
ONLY MEMBERS AND LIFE MEMBERS MAY VOTE AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Copies of the full accounts of the Club are available in the office for inspection by members. Questions arising on the accounts should be submitted, in writing, to the Hon. Secretary 7 days prior to the AGM. This will enable the Hon. Treasurer to extract all relevant information from the books and records with a view to providing the fullest possible explanation/answers to the questions raised.
