The Ladies & Men’s Committee have been reviewing the BRS Timesheet and Booking system for some time.
In a lot of cases members are not removing their names from the timesheet in a timely manner or not at all and are blocking other members getting access to the timesheet.
Also there is a loss of revenue to the club due to members not turning up due to inclement weather but the competitions will go ahead as planned unless the course is closed.
From Friday the 26th August members must cancel all bookings for weekend competitions before 4pm on the Friday for Saturday Competitions and before 4pm on Saturday for the Sunday Competitions.
Members who make a booking and do not cancel the booking in a timely manner from the 28th Of August will have their account debited when the competition is marked as having been completed.
The competition entry fee can be reimbursed to a member in exceptional circumstances only.
The Ladies and Men’s Committee plan to review this policy based on operational feedback.
