On-line Opening Time
The time sheet goes live at 1pm each Friday for the Saturday and Sunday of the following week.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
A small number of members are failing to remove their names from the timesheet in adequate time, when they are unable to turn up. This can and is depriving their fellow members of an opportunity to play golf.
Going forward, in the event that a member cannot play at their booked time slot, that member must remove their name from the time sheet by 8pm on the Friday prior to the Saturday and Sunday in question. If a member removes their name from the time sheet by 8pm on the Friday of the weekend of the timesheet, they will not be required to pay the competition fee for that competition. Failure by a member to remove their name by 8pm, and failure to show up for golf will result in the member not having access to use the on line booking systems until the competition fee is paid. To reactivate your name on the timesheet a member is requested to pay the competition fee by placing the fee in an envelope or instructing the office to take the fee from the GUI card assuming sufficient money is on the card. The office cannot take the fee without your approval.
WEATHER OR OTHER EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
These rules will not apply where the course is closed due to adverse weather conditions or where the Management Committee consider that there are extenuating circumstances involved.
