It has been agreed to run the Club Restaurant ourselves and Gary O’Brien will manage both the Bar and Restaurant. The initial plan is to have soup and sandwiches available at all times that the bar is open. The Chef will be present on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and the “Menu of the Day” will be posted on boards, Sunday lunch menu will also be available. Any members planning parties/functions over the next few months please contact Gary to discuss catering options.
The success of the trial will be based on the quality of the food and the support of the members. Best of luck to Gary and the team on this new venture which will improve the service all members receive in our Bar and Restaurant.
